However, the day after we arrived in Orlando, our first order of business - before we started work, before we unpacked our belongings, before we opened a bank account, before anything - was to get our Walt Disney World annual passes and spend a day at The Magic Kingdom.

It was so wonderful to be back at Disney World and The Magic Kingdom. It felt like coming home!

We bought ourselves a set of Bride and Groom Mickey Mouse ears: a top hat and a veil with Mickey Mouse ears. We proudly wore them throughout the park. Disney World also gave us newlyweds a button to wear that read "Magical Wishes from Walt Disney World."

All day long, guests and park employees stopped us to wish us "congratulations." It was a lot of fun, and it made a day at one of our favorite places even more special! It was such a treat to be back at The Magic Kingdom, and this time as husband and wife!
