Green Meadows Petting Farm
David and Sarah spend a day 'down on the farm' Sarah and I love animals, so we had a wonderful day "down on the farm" at the Green Meadows Petting Farm in Kissimmee, Florida. Farmer Sarah and her tractor' We'd visited Green Meadows Petting Farm a couple of years ago and looked forward to our return visit.

A tour guide led us along David and a duck the tree-lined paths and introduced us to the various animals at the farm. We were able to go into most of the enclosures and get up close and personal with many of the animals.

Sarah and a fluffy chicken We met ducks, geese, turkeys, pigs, donkeys, mules, llamas, chickens, goats, sheep, bison, ostriches, and more. Many of the animals we were able to touch, pet and even hold.

Sarah with one of her favorites, a llama We had lots of memorable experiences at the farm. Sarah was delighted to get close to one of her all-time favorite Sarah milks a cow' animals: a llama. We also both had the opportunity to milk a cow. Perhaps the highlight of our visit, though, was getting to hold an adorable baby chick and a darling baby duck. They were so little and so cute!

In addition to all of the animals we got to meet, David and Sarah take a hayride our day at the petting farm also included a ride on a train, a hayride and a visit to a pumpkin patch where we each got to pick a pumpkin of our own.

Sarah and I had a delightful day at the Green Meadows Petting Farm exploring the farm, spending time with the animals and, most of all, laughing and enjoying each other's company.
