Knee Injury Title
For almost 15 years, I have made my living by falling down. I have been very lucky that years of physical comedy have left me with nothing more than a few scrapes and bruises. Until now...

While performing in Odyssea at Sea World on May 9th, I injured my right knee. Towards the end of the show, when I chase the acrobatic penguins, I stepped down onto a mini-trampoline... and my leg buckled. It happened so fast, I don't know if I twisted my knee or hyper-extended it or what. All I know is, I was in great pain. I hobbled through the final few minutes of the show, and then collapsed backstage.
Doctor Visit The next morning, I visited the doctor and was diagnosed with a strained tendon. I was unable to straighten my leg or bend it considerably. Although I was certainly lucky that it wasn't worse damage, it was still enough of an injury to keep me from working.
Three weeks have passed, and I am still unable to work. The pain has lessened, but I am still not back to 100%. Rest and physical therapy will hopefully have me up and performing again soon, but I don't want to return too soon and do further damage.
