For five weekends in May and June, Walt Disney World's Disney/MGM Studios is taken over by Jedis, Wookies, Jawas, Ewoks and Droids! It's Star Wars Weekends!
Stormtroopers greet visitors	Disney's Star Wars Weekends are a chance for fans, both casual and die-hard, to celebrate and immerse themselves in the Star Wars saga.
Characters from Star Wars roamed through the park, allowing for plenty of photo opportunities.

There were many special attractions to enjoy. Behind The Force was a behind-the-scenes look at the making of the films and a sneak peek at the making of the next and final film: Star Wars: Episode 3!	Jedi Mickey Mouse
Watto	Stars of the Saga was a talk show featuring stars from the Star Wars films. I saw Andy Secombe, the voice of Watto in Episodes 1 and 2, and Anthony Daniels who played the droid C3PO.
Anthony Daniels also hosted Inside the Saga, his stories of his personal experiences making the film. Anthony Daniels as the droid C3PO is the only performer to appear in all six Star Wars films.

The original Star Wars films were such a huge part of my childhood. I saw all of the films repeatedly and had a large collection of the action figures.
